Question: Do I HAVEEE to invite all the ladies in FH's family? I think I posted this before....his mom has 14 siblings, his dad has 10 siblings. HUGEEE family. I dont really know all of this aunts, and I DEFFF dont know all of his female cousins.
To be more specific, FH has some cousins that live here in Queens who I have met, but then a few of the cousins have siblings that live far out on LI or in Westchester or in CT who I only met once or dont even know. Is it wrong to invite a cousin but not the cousin's sister?
I just feel weird. 'Hi, nice meeting you, thanks for the toaster'

i only invited my own friends and FH's immediately family women (his mom & grandma, and his 2 SIL) ... but i'm having a small shower at my mom's house so that might make a diff.

did you ask FH or your FMIL if they want them all there?? I am kind of leaving FH's family to FH and my FMIL to decide who they want there........

I let my FMIL do the list for their side because I didnt want to be responsible for leaving anyone out.

there was a table of women that i met for the 1st time at my shower that were relatives/friends of Will's mom.

I'd invite the out of state women if you think they'd possibly come OR be offended if you didn't invite (ask FH's family). I had people come in from other states for my shower.
