I have a coworker who is throwing a bridal shower. Does anyone know of games or activities to do at the shower?
My suggestion was a lot of wine!!!

One of my bridesmaids came up with this ADORABLE poem using candy about me and FH... and then they also did a slideshow of FH answering questions that I was asked at the time of the bridal shower to compare our answers! It was sooo cute everyone loved it, including me!

For my shower they girls did the pocketbook game, which is make a list of things you think people would carry in the bags and put points next to them and who has the most point, you give them a prize. Also another game they did was bingo with the gifts. Make bingo boards and they have to fill them out before she opens the gifts, like things you think the bride will get, and as she opens they check off what they wrote and then when they win bingo, give them prizes.

There's also a poem with cleaning/household products...like 'she's FANTASTIC' (holds up bottle of fantastic)- you can prob find it online.

At my shower they used this poem, and someone else used a poem for wine bottles it was very adorable and creative

For mine, my sister did a game called 'what's in your purse'....there were like 100 items listed and whomever had the most checked off (in their purse) got a prize. I think the top 3 got prizes. It was cute. Just passed the time...
She also had pink/blue index cards .....the blue had GROOM spelled down on left side and the pink had BRIDE on left side. The idea was to come up with well wishes/advise for each - Bride/Groom...
ie:
G - Give her lots of hugs R - Respect her O - Offer massages O - Open the door for her M - Make her dinner
These were clean though, you should've seem some of the responses!! It as fun to read later that night with my FH....

bring toilet paper and have groups dress up one person in a wedding gown. The girls show off their dress and the bride picks the winner!

I went to a bridal shower where they had a crossword puzzle and all the clues were about the bride of groom. It was so cute! I think there are a few sites that generate crosswords for you if you plug in the words.
