Bridal Shower Guest List

Who should be included?

is it really all women that are invited to the wedding or is it just certain ones? (If its everyone then i have 93 ppl and that seems like a crazy amt of ppl to invite to a shower)

Usually it's just close family and friends. I have never been to a shower where ALL women are invited.

i always thought it was all the ladies u invite to the wedding. i did mine that way and dont feel bad i have 105. and so far only 1 no.

I have seen where all the women were invited. Yes, there were about 110 people there. It was an amazing shower but omg the gift opening took about 2 hours!

i took my wedding list and just left all the females. From there i left only family and close friends and gave FMIL her list to edit. It was really easy.

I thought it was only close family and friends (women) from both side; FH and yours......I don't think I have been to one where ALL of the ladies from the wedding are invited??? Maybe I am wrong?

For my shower I told my mom to only invite close family and friends on both sides.

In my family we invite everyone that's invited to the wedding. Mom learned early on that some people feel slighted if they are not invited.

I'm inviting family, BP, and close friends of the fam. I can't invite all the women who are invited to the wedding. What if they are the gf's of my guy friends and i don't really know them that well. That'll be weird imo.

yeah thats what i was thinking...those are the people i would probably cut.

i would love to invite 90+ ppl but i also would feel bad bc the bridal party has to pay for it....i don't want them to get stuck paying for that many people.

I don't plan on having one, but if I do get thrown one, it will only be for close friends and close family. Def, not all the women on both sides. I don't even know half the ones on FH's side.

i am inviting all the women who will be at the wedding. my list comes to 46 people.

My Jersey, VA, upstate people are getting invites. And my cousins who are in SC. They might come, might not, but i gotta at least send a invite.
