Bridal Shower Hostess Gifts Etc - Any Ideas?

Ok all you creative ladies I have a two parter here. First My FI Brother and Sister in Law will be hosting various family members in their home over our wedding weekend. Any ideas as to what we can give them? I feel that they we should do something as they will be providing meals and so on. Second If your bridal shower is being hosted by your bridesmaids are you giveing them a gift for the shower and another for the wedding? Thanks all

I would give your FI Brother and Sister-in-Law a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant so they can enjoy a nice evening after their guests leave. Or if you want to do something for them while they have guests, send a basket or fruit, cakes (perhaps bagels and muffins if they have overnight guests) or cheer they can use while their guests are there. I am not sure what is expected for the bridal shower hosts. I would just give them a gift at the wedding or maybe you could host a bridal luncheon or something. I fell it is part of the responsibility of being in the bridal party. I have hosted parties for people and never expected a gift in return.
