Ok so FH has 2 Childhood guy friends who both have significant others. One I've only met about 3 times and the other, I really only see her during the summer or whenever all the guys get together with their wives/GFs. Do I send them and invite???
Ooh, SO have this looming issue for myself...only with like a dozen girls! Dying to see the feedback on this one.
I wouldn't. If you wouldn't hang out with them without your FH and their husbands, I wouldn't.

I did not sent any invites to FH friends significant others if I did not now them well. My shower was my friends, BP and our families.
I personally wouldn't, but then again I've also seen people saying they're inviting everyone female who's invited to the wedding. My shower is going to be relatively small and that's how I want it. It will be family BP and close friends only. But if you really want to invite them I don't see any 'harm' in doing so.
does your FH care? i would invite them and see if they want to come.
If you don't hang out with them, then no. My shower is going to be about 15-20 people. Bridal party, a few of my mom's old and close friends, and local family. Don't think you have to invite them because your FH is good friends with their hubbys/boyfriends.
