Does anyone know of a place for private dining in New York City (Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan) that would accommodate 40 ppl @ $30 a person?
do you want that to include alcoholic drinks? what is a better location for you, i have a few places in mind.
I am more concern about the price any location would work. if it includes at least one drink even better.

Try George Washington Manor. It's is in Roslyn. I held a shower there and it was decently priced. I had a lot of people coming from the city and it wasn't far from the train station. HTH.
Alice's Tea cup (multiple NYC location) has private rooms and it's $30/person but I think they also have a $100/hour room charge.
TJK Cafe in Little Neck $25 pp min of 35 people I believe
