So my mom and sister are planning my bridal shower, but they have asked me to think of some places that I might like to have it. I would like places around the nassua/Suffolk borders. Maybe Syosset/Plainview/Melville. It doesn't have to be that close though. I don't want them to spend a lot and am looking for a less formal/buffet ish type of place..please help!!

A lot of other girls have recommended La Familgia in Plainview
Mine is going to be at Table 9 in East Hills but thats further into Nassau....

My shower was at Cafe Testarosa in Syosset and it was great! Everyone loved the food and we got the entire restaurant for ourselves on a Saturday! Definitely worth looking into!

La Famiglia in Plainview! great food, nice atmosphere...family style italian- pretty affordable too. Not sure if they do buffet though.
