So my MOH wants me to make a list of those people I want to attend bridal shower.I was wondering who normally goes? Do I invite all females invited to my wedding or just certain ones? Confused!
I think all women invited to your wedding, EXCEPT if like...they're just the date of a man that's invited and they don't know anyone at all. Like if you're inviting a male cousin or friend and he's bringing a date who no one knows, that's the only woman I wouldn't invite.
If you are having a very big wedding, you don't usually invite every woman who is invited to the wedding. It's usually close friends and family of the bride & groom. My daughter is having 275 at her wedding, but we only invited about 80 women to the shower.
pretty much every girl who is invited to the wedding is invited to the shower... some people cut out girlfriends of guys who are invited if they aren't too close, and some will cut out their coworkers if they would rather just have them at the wedding. Pretty much everyone is on my invite list though because they are all pretty close to me

I didn't invite everyone. I did my family, FHs close family (aunts, cousins, grandma, etc. - not distant cousins or great aunts) and my friends. I didn't invite his female friends unless I'm close to them, or his friends wives, again unless I was close to them.
We are inviting all the females on my side & most on his. We aren't inviting his friends girlfriends or wives because I'm not close to them.
