My mom had umbrellas as favors. The ribbon on it said 'For your Next shower' Everyone loved them.

You could also do nice body wash with the same saying on the ribbon.

Give something people can use

My mom did burned CD's with all love Songs. Everyone really loved them.

My shower favor was glass heart oraments which worked really well with our theme but I just love the umbrella idea! (although that could get pricey).

Im a big fan of the CD favors too.

My mom did wine stoppers and people loved them. People were trying to steal them from the box where my mom had extras (which was under the presents table...people have nerve). It was nice because I did full sized bottles of wine as my wedding favors (my mom didn't even know that when she picked the favors.) Got them from simple elegant (vendor on this site).

For my SIL's we did potted plants and I loved it. It doubled for centerpieces and room decorations. Of course, I killed mine in a week though!

The umbrellas are great! Once everyone got a set of notecards that had the persons name on the inside. It was very useful.

I had a candle with tiny roses on the top that can be used after as a trinket box, i'll post a better pic tonight (theres a pic on my shower post)

My shower was on Feb 23rd and my favors were purple candles, and choc. lollipops in purple and white.

My cousin made the Martha Stewart wedding cookies - shaped as wedding cakes, hearts, tea cups, etc. They were delicious and adorable

My shower was a tea party theme. My favors were teacups filled with a teabag & candy. This pic is weird, but I can't find another one

They also made little plastic spoons with hersheys kisses wrapped in tulle. The ribbon said 'thank you kisses from the future Mrs.'
I handed those out to everyone when I was saying goodbye.

I love the umbrella idea too!
