Re: bridal shower- surprise?
I want don't want to be surprised. My moh/sister is planning it, and she'll only be 18 by the time of the shower. She wants to do this Mad Hatter Tea Party, and I know it will be hard to do b.c she'll be in college and won't have any idea where to begin. I don't mind. I rather help out anyway.

I love surprises. Hardly anything in life is a surprise these days. My engagement was a perfect surprise. I hope my sister can pull it off, she is SO bad.

i dont think they are ever really a surprise. you know its coming a few months before your wedding so if you're going somewhere that you dont normally go you kinda know its your shower
ITA - but I won't 'know' about mine

mines will be a surprise. I am going to buy my outfit for it and give it to my mom because I want to look good in pictures. I just know that from next march until may, I'll have to keep my hair, toes, and nails on point every weekend!

no i hate surprises. i alway did even when i was a kid. at christmas time meand my little sister used to unwrap the gifts to see what they were and rewrap them. i already told my mom i want to be told when and where. no surprises for me.

Re: bridal shower- surprise?
i want the actual day, and things that are planned for it to be a surprise......(location, decor, theme, etc)
but i will definitely be working w/MOH and mom for the guest list, n stuff like that...
i think tho that they're going to invite any women who are invited to the wedding...we cant invite girls who arent invited to the wedding, cuz they'll assume they are, n if u dont invite some women who are goin to the wedding, that would kinda be insulting i think...so thats a safe rule of thumb...
