Bridal Shower Vent....

You know I never thought that for my surprise bridal shower I would have to deal with sooo much stress!!!!

My MOH came over to meet up with my mom and sis-in-law to talk details about what is going on that day. So she came to my room and told me, hey is there anyone else you want to invite? I was like why I thought you were good with the numbers....she goes on to tell me that like 6 ppl informed her yesterday (meanwhile my surprise bridal shower is on Sunday - that's another whole story why I know the date) that they were not coming.

I am like W*T*F is wrong with people!!! I mean come on she sent the invites in March!!!

So now my bridal shower has become a Jack and Jill Bridal Shower. I am lucky to have the friends that I have coz those that said yes at last minute, didn't have to say yes. We will still be short two /three people to make our minimum, but at this moment all we can do is pay for the seats.

Okay vent over!!! I need a drink!!

Ugh so annoying! I can relate. My mom keeps bugging me about my shower which is months away and supposed to be a surprise too!!

I know my mom, who can't keep her mouth shut, told me and was even sorry she told met....she just said to me 'BLAH!! So you know!'



But I should have known better she is one of those people's who will tell you the ending of a movie you have set your heart on watching.

BTW my shower is this Sunday (not a surprise) and it was been nothing but stress! I totally feel your pain! Vent away!

Only 50% of people are coming...everyone else had other stuff to do and most people never responded, my aunt had to chase them down.

Now, I'm dealing with coordinating rides from the city since all my friends live here and shower on LI.

I hope we both enjoy our showers!!!

Sorry you are stressed out Janice! I'm sure you're going to have an amazing time, surprise or not, a full house or not. You'll bring the party!
