Can anyone give me some ideas for venues? I'd like to do a brunch... so looking for cafe/breakfast type places that are cozy, small for 30 people. I have heard of Mile and Sugar - I'll check them out next weekend. Thanks,

Milk and Sugar is really nice. Also check out Babylon Carriage House. I am having an eparty brunch there. You get the whole top room. It's really nice.

I went to a shower @ Don Ricardos and it was adorable! They have a whole top floor no one knows about!

I went for lunch at milk and Sugar and its the cutest place- but i dont know what they would do for a private party??? do they have a seperate room or shut down the whole place/???? cause from what i remember its pretty small and quaint. totally cute though

My guess is that they close it to the public. I had gone there for lunch one day w/ FH and it was closed for a private party.
btw...I love Milk and Sugar. I would love to have my shower there but its too far for my family.

Sundays are reserved for private parties. I've made that mistake and showed up there on a sunday and found out the hard way.

Milk and Sugar is the cutiest place! I love the food there. I am in another wedding in June and the maid of honor has booked that bridal shower there and they book FAST!! If you live in that area the Argyle Grill is cute too. I heard the Babylon Carriage House does a really nice brunch also.
