so is anyone else ridic. excited for the bridal showers of the 2010 girls to start? i wonder when they will begin lol

I can't wait for mine!!! A year from May!!! Can you believe it??? My sisters Mad Hatter Tea Party... I can't wait to find a crazy hat to wear!!!

I CAN'T WAIT EITHER!!!! Mine will probably be next Summer. My mom and sister want it to be a surprise, but I will most definately find out one way or another.

I think about it too. I can't wait!! I am guessing it will be sometime next summer... my sisters both live in Maryland so anytime they come home I know I am going to be questioning if thats it. I do want to be surprised though...

I LOVE this idea... my BM's sister is having a reg tea party shower so i dont think i can have one too... =( boooo..... anyone have any ideas like this??????

I know mine will be mid-October because I want a Halloween themed shower (no surprise for people that know me), my mom is trying to combine it with my b-day. Just a matter of picking the perfect date

My shower will be November of this year. My wedding is in April..but i dont want to risk a snow storm having a jan/feb shower. So im having it in Novemeber.

I'm guessing mine is about a year away...I'd really like a surprise shower, but I don't know if that's possible..

..I know that it'll be at my parent's house though, we have a big backyard and have thrown many parties there, and it borders a park that overlooks the sound...so pretty!

So excited! I think mine will most likely be next may. A member of my bridal party is getting married 1 monh after me and I am in her bridal party. This means that we need to coordinate when our showers are.

I am super excited! Mine is sort of a surprise lol....I know where it is and that it will be in May or June before the wedding...but I have so many weddings, baby showers, showers, sweet16's, and other stuff that I think they will really surprise me!

SAme here about the opening gifts part! I never know how to react when I open in a gift in front of the person who bought it for me. Unless I'm SUPER close to them- like my FH or my parents. Because it's just awkward.

It's not that I'm one to go 'ew I don't like this!' but I'm also not one to make a big production out of things- like 'OMG! This is exactly what I wanted!' That's just not me. So it's always very forced & fake.

I like to open presents, and examine them, and enjoy them quietly without a big hullaballoo.

I'm definitely looking forward to my shower!!! So much so that I just brought the thank you cards for it!! But really I can't wait to see everybody and how the day will turn out. Mines probably won't be until the Spring of 2010 though.
