so, who has the best selections for bridesmaids and decent customer service (from what I can tell there are complaints about all of them!)

I'm partial to Lillette's in Baldwin. I ordered my gown there & going back to get the BP dresses this weekend. Its very busy on the weekend, but during the week its peaceful. Most of their BP dresses are Bill Levkoff.
Not in nassau but Bridal Suite of Centereach has an absolute ton of BP dresses- by many different designers. Again extremely busy on weekends too.

My best friend got married last weekend and she got her dress from Lillette's and we also ordered our BM dresses from there.
The dresses came in with no problem but a few of us had a heck of a time with alterations. I was not happy with the alteration staff at all.

I used to Bridal Garden in Bethpage, it's a smaller store, but they do have a good selection.

I am using Lillette's and my sister who got married last year used them as well...for our dress and the bridal party's dresses....
It depends on who you get there...I would recommend Geri..she's a sweetheart and will tell you how it is....she listens and makes sure you are happy. I would recommend going when they 1st open on Saturdays or Sundays....it is crowded weeknights and after 12 on the weekends.

The wedding salon of manhasset had a lot of bridesmaids dresses, but they were all very $$$. They start at like $250 a dress. Also, the lady there was extremely snobby. I bought my dress there but the bridesmaids store is next door and I wasn't impressed at all!!
