I just bought a dress from there through Delores. She was SO sweet! Have any of you had any problems with them so I know in advance? :) Thanks

Re: Bridal Suite of Centereach?
I was a BM in my cousin's wedding in May of 2003 and I didn't really care for the seamstress, she didn't alter the dress too well for me and my sister. The straps constantly fell down and my sister's was os tight she got cuts on her arms. The sales people were very friendly but I didn't care for the seamstress. JMO

Exactly! My girlfiriend and I both bought our wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses from there at the same time. Her wedding was first - they did a great job on her dress but a pretty crappy one on us girls. So I've warned my girls that they may want to take them else where to get them altered. Other then that the ladies were so nice and helpful.. My dress came in when they said it would too.

Re: Bridal Suite of Centereach?
i ordered my dress and my bm dresses there - haven't done fittings yet but so far everyone has been more than helpful there!
I really like how it's a smaller salon as opposed to a chain...

Re: Bridal Suite of Centereach?
I will be looking at Centereach Bridal Suite as well (and RK Bridal, I think). However, I plan to use my own tailor. I have used the same tailor for about 15 years for any business suit or gown that I have purchased. So I think it makes sense to use him instead of the seamstress from a dress shop. I have a feeling that the bridal salons might have some attitude about this but I feel strongly about it.

Re: Bridal Suite of Centereach?
for my friends wedding we got our BM dresses there...major problems with they way they tailored the arms (it was a cap sleeve dress) and the zippers they used were HORRIBLE...pretty much all of the girls broke and had to reattach new ones. Make sure they use the metal zippers not those cheap plastic ones!
