I've always had a great experience there. We all got our dresses there for my sister's wedding in 2004 and had no problems. They even shipped 2 of the dresses to my cousins upstate.
Then my FSIL got married 2 months ago and we all (the bride and 7 bms) got our dresses there - everything went well then too.
I'm getting my gown there, so are all my bms and my FMIL. So far, so good. I've gone there several times to try on my dress with different headpieces and veils (that I didn't buy there) and they've always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating!
