COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.... and i have heard many stories(which are not to good) about alteration problems. I could've just had a bad experience so i'm not knocking them, it's just my opinion!!!! I will HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY reccommend Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point(they're on the corner of 25A & rocky point yapank road.) The seamstresses are renound, they have a HUUUUUUUGE selection, they offer TONS of discounts for the bridal party, AND they beat prices (if u find the dress somewhere else cheaper they'll beat the price). I LOVE THEM!

i didnt buy from them but everytime ive gone to look we had a good exp! They def have a nice selection for dresses! Only time i did use them for alts was wayyyyy back when for HS prom LOL and everything was fine!

We used them for my sisters wedding 10 years ago and they were great.
My sisters decided to get their BM dresses their for my wedding. I am doing separates. When they came in and my sister went for a fitting she realized the skirt was the wrong material. She called the next day and a salesperson said they couldn't help her. She asked to speak to the owner. The owner called her back the next day and they ordered the correct skirts. This was less than two weeks ago and the new skirts are already in and my sisters made appts for their alterations. They did the right thing.

My experience with Bridal Suite in Centereach has been fabulous. Seven of my BMs ordered their dresses there in late April and were treated wonderfully, and are now having no hassle at all with the alterations department. Shortly before my dresses were due to be cut by the designer, I decided to add an 8th BM, and when I called the shop to see if there was enough time to add her dress...the owner ordered three extra dresses for me in different sizes since I wasn't able to immediately get her measurements!!!! So nice of him.
Also, my sister is my MOH and is very conservative and hates the whole dress shopping process. We chose a strapless dress and she is adding straps to it and they are custom making her a jacket so she is comfortable. The way they treated my sister was reason enough for me to shop there!
I highly recommend!

I bought my dress form there and I am getting all my BM dresses from there! I LOVE THAT STORE!! Everyone is so so sweet and so so helpful!!!! Great prices too!

I have used them as a bridesmaid & don't really recommend them. they have a great selection of BM dresses, but the alterations haven't been good. First it was a two peice dress & they ordered the top two sizes smaller than the bottom- when of course the top was way too small they tried to say I must have gained weight- as it just couldn't be their error. i was totally insulted, and no I have not changed sizes in years! then they let out all the seams & the dress never looked right again. very frustrating & it wasn't exactly inexpensive either!

Went there with my mother and DH to see BM dresses and he wasn't allowed to go anywhere near the dresses. There was nobody else in the store!!! When one of my BMs went to pick up her dress it wasn't there. She waited for 45 minutes for them to find it. I got my dress in Patchogue and their prices were cheaper than Centereach. I heard that Fantasia in Rocky Point will match prices.
