BRIDAL SUITE OF CENTEREACH
I went to the bridal suite of Centereach and had a horrible experience!!! My tiara was purchased as a gift from my sister in law and was told it takes 3 three weeks to come in- well after following up a few times, it changed to 6-8 weeks, and finally 6 months! well it finally came in and became all yellow after only one hair trial. when i asked the store owner for help on why this happened, he said, get this- my hair stylist uses COLORED HAIRSPRAY!!! Then he said he may have to order me a new one, which take only 2 weeks tops (for a tiara which really takes 6 months?!) The store manager would not return any of my calls when i followed up on the status of it, and in fact left the store for the day!
The seamstresses were rude to my girls- one told my maid of honor (who was my mom) that she was 'blessed a little too much on top' when they had trouble with her bust line. they argued with her when she asked to have it back in time to do any further alterations if necessary, saying there would be none needed. well, they had to do three more because they just couldn't get it right! They made my sister's seams crooked, and the straps they sewed in were coming loose the morning of the wedding!!!
and yet after all these problems, the store owner sees nothing wrong this kind customer service!!?? Well, i do, and i hope some of you do as well.
