bridalicious boot camp

Anyone heard of this or know anyone who used it?

I just looked it up and it looks like it's in Dallas. There are a few programs on long island, but it doesn't look like that's one of them.

So psyched... my gym just started a bridal boot camp. It's too early for me to tone up, but I am psyched for when I reach my weight goal and need to firm up the jiggle!

i got an email from the knot that the dvd's are on sale. and not only cause its a 'bridal' bootcamp but i was interested in it. always on the hunt for a new workout.

but i didnt see any helpful reviews on it

same. I googled the program and the in person classes get good reviews/results, though I couldn't find any separate reviews from the actual website. Looks really interesting but even the discounted price is a bit steep without knowing if its worth it!

I have a friend that's a trainer...in the beginning of 2012 I'm gonna talk him into putting a bridal bootcamp together just for us 2012 LIW girls somewhere on LI...what do you girls think? He's a really good trainer and already does bootcamps, but how great would it be to have one that's just us!

i couldnt agree more!! i got the same results on google. i'll just stick to my biggest loser dvd's i got off ebay lol but im getting bored by them
