bridalpartytees.com are the worst!!!!!

i ordered the brides entourage tshirts for fsil- everyone said the website was great, didnt think i had to check their spelling, once i clicked in it, it prefilled, i just changed vegas to AC and put the date--- well on one of them it was spelled wrong, i didnt even look at hte shirts until we got there with all the packing and moving going on

anyway, i figured since it was an honest mistake and they have it incorrect, they would offer me a refund--- she told me absolutely not

but if you didnt even notice the error on your own companys website, seriously!!!

Ekkk I'm sorry you had this problem! I did ordered my day of Tee from there and it was fine.

One thing though - which I think may have been the issue - is when you are searching for designs, you have to realize some of them might have been from a user submission (everytime some creates their own shirt, it will come up when you do a search for whatever you are looking for like 'Bridal Party' or 'Mother of the Bride'). I think maybe the one you choose was from someone who designed it and they may have spelled it wrong.

I really do think you should be able to get some kind of refund or credit towards the site. I hope you get to speak to a manager soon and get this resolved!
