Bride Bouquet Idea...

Good Morning ladies, A co-worker just gave me this idea for my bridal bouquet which he saw that Lisa Kudrow did when she got married. Apparently she came out... she had several of her closest friends sit by the aisle. As she past each of them they handed her flowers. When she finally got to the alter.. she tied all the flowers with a ribbon, and that became her bouquet. What a great idea. I have alot of people who are close to me, but can't have everyone read something at the ceremony. I will be doing this. Its a great way of having the closest people participate at the ceremony.

I have heard this idea before, and considered it for my wedding, b/c I too, wanted to include more friends than I was able. However, after giving it more thought, I felt that it would be too awkward to do it, and didn't want the hassle of having to tie the flowers together when I got to the alter - I'd rather focus my attention on my handsome groom! That said, my compromise was to give my close friends a single rose when they arrived at my ceremony, with a hand-written note from me attached, telling them how important they were to me, and how grateful I was they were able to share my special day.
