Bride in need of help

I kow that this may sound a little crazy but I really could use the advice of all you wonderful brides out there. I have mentioned before that my mom is sick and I used the money i won for her wheelchair-- well it is my turn. I just found out that my cancer has come back and now starts the chemo AGAIN!!! The only problem is my insurance wont cover it. So what do I do? I have no money left from the first time I paid for it. I also have to worry about my 2 kids now to. Please any advice would be a wonderful help to me. I need to get money together fast!! Someone tell me how???!!!

I used to sell PartyLite. There is absolutely no investment. You hold a show and get the kit for free. It includes everything you need to hold shows. The guests order out of a catalog and all the product comes to the hostess. So, no shipping costs for you, etc. FM me for more info. GL and my prayers go out to you

That's a good idea. I never get out of those parties without spending a few hundred. Best of luck. My thoughts and prayers are with you

I am really sorry to hear about your condition.

I would question why your insurance company won't cover chemotherapy (unless you are in a clinical trial).

If they deny the claim I would apply for medicaid.

I would apply for medicaid. Also, see if there is anything that your dr. can do for you. I work in the medical billing field. If you isurance carrier is not going to pick up the cost, sometimes your provider can work out some time of deal where it would be a fraction of the cost.
My mother was diagnosed with cancer this week and she is in the same boat as you. As I keep telling my mom your health is more important than worrying about how you are going to pay the bills. Good luck!!!

I am so sorry to hear of your bad news....

Your insurance doesn't cover CHEMO? that sounds crazy.... my mom had months and months of chemo and didn't pay a dime--- it was all covered.

I would call your insurance company and have a long talk... also, at your place of work, do you have a supplemental insurance? i have a plan that i only pay $5 extra month and it kicks in for whatever is not coverend by insurance..

i would also look into applying for Medicaid... your situation is the type of situation that Medicaid is there for . . . .

Good luck to you... be well....
