Bride worst nightmare

My cousin from California called us last night telling us she might not be having her wedding. Note: Her wedding is this weekend Sept 15, 2007
She finally finished paying her RH the full amount. She been calling the hall all week long to finalize everything with no response from the RH. She sent her cousin to the hall on Tuesday to get info. When he got there 3 other brides where standing there crying because the owner up and left with their money. The RH was in business for 40 years but he recently inherited the business. His credit was so bad he had to go into the business with a partner [which he owed money also to] She was on channel 4 news on Tuesday night telling her story. She paid 15,000 to the RH. And he did it to 3 other bride. They closed the building and now my cousin dont have a RH for her wedding. I would have just died right there. I feel so sorry for my cousin. Please ladies dont get nervous or scared just informing you. If i had his picture I would post it to inform all ladies to watch out for him and call the cops to get him arrested

that is sooo horrible. i hope it all works out for her. its unbelievable what people can do to other people.

this is why you have to pay by credit card so you can dispute the charges. The cc company will give you a conditional credit for the amount charged, & the payee will have 30 days to respond to the dispute.

i dont trust anyone 100%, I dont care how long you have been in business.
