I am trying to plan the best shower ever for a 07 bride who posts on this site

It is a second marriage so it's pretty untraditional. Just very laid back and fun ( just like the bride)

Ideas for anything and everything I can do to make the shower amazing are welcome!

We had people form groups and dress one person up as a bride with Toilet paper..Best creative idea wins a prize.

like do you want to have a traditional one like at a place with either a sit down lunch or brunch??

there are games like bridal bingo...whats in ur purse...

name that gift...

i think one day we need to have a pinata at one..and fill it up with like fun stuff that brides to be or anyone at the party would enjoy...

No very untraditional... it's outdoors ( but at a restaurant) and is going to be like a 'fancy' BBQ with open bar

I don't think the bride would be into the typical shower games so any other ideas to keep people busy, or little extras I can do would be great

Have the guest complete some questions about the Bride and Groom...

Then the Bride can tell everyone the answers.
Have the questions be cute....and silly so YOu can get some laughs and smiles.

This is a fun uncoventional idea for the wishing well

Let's give them something to take on thier way
Shampoo, toothpaste-- all travel size,
cameras, sunscreen, even shades for their eyes
Beach towels, flip flops, or an Aruba travel guide,
helps them prepare for this wonderful ride
Wrap it in tissue paper, and your name do not tell,
Its just a little something for their honeymoon wishing well

For my sister's I had her recite a poem...about being a wife., taking care of the house., it named different detergents.....it discussed s*X....loyalty.

I underlined key words....and then made a basket for her....i included detergents., lingerie., things like that....and when she hit the keyword i took the item out of the basket..

It was a big hit.....ill try to find the poem.
