Are you getting all white flowers, or are you going to have mixed white and a color, or no white all color? I was going for all white but the more I see colored flowers on the white dress it look so pretty..

Re: Brides and your boo-k's I have a question?
I loved how my red roses looked in all the pics. They really stand out.
Be careful with all white, as white tends to turn 'brownish' on the edges in summer time or just after many hours.
I used 3 different purple roses and a few pieces of stephanotis.

I'm having purple lilacs and pale pick roses in mine. My cousin had told me to try going with color because the all white can sometimes seem to blend into the dress in the pictures. I think all white bouquets are really beautiful, but I would be afraid they wouldn't show up as well.

I totally understand the concern of an all white bouquet blending in to the dress...but I am only a bride once and really I spent so much on my dress I would rather have my dress as the focal point, rather than my flowers. Sometimes there is just so much going on (dress, tiara, veil, flowers, jewelry) its better to go for less is more.... but that is JMO. Plus if I want some color I'll steal a BM bouquet for some pics

I had red and yellow (goldish color) roses with green lemon leaves. The color contrast looked great in the photos.
