Brides Bouquet Cost
I havent actually booked my florist yet, I looked at one place which I liked but want to go to one more to compare prices. For the hand tied bridal Bouquet with Roses and stepantois I got a price of $200 dollars, I believe there would be 30 roses and 1 box of Steph. But I just cant fathom paying this much for one bouquet, which will end up dying anyways. If I end of going with theis florist I will definitely try to talk them down and also probably eliminate some roses.
What is everyone else paying for Just their bridal bouquet?
How about your bridemaids bouquet (individual price per each bridesmaid)?
I think they gave me a price of $60 per each bridesmaid.
THANKS for sharing

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
My florist is certainly not the cheapest, but I'm paying $150 for my bouquet. It will be about 3 1/2 dozen fall-colored roses, with berries, hand-tied with satin ribbon. My BMs are similar, and they're about $80 each, but I can't remember exactly off hand.

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
Florist prices vary just like reception hall prices, photographers, bands etc...Go to others before making any decisions.

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
berlykim22I am using The Milleridge Florist. I am having my reception at Milleridge Cottage (jericho). Speak with Chris. He is the owner. He's prices are no different than any of the other florists that girls post on these boards.

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
A good tip I was given by a florist when picking your bouquet. If you are going for the tightwrapped-rose look, ask them for large blooms, meaning more open. They fill up the bouquet and make it look larger without upping the amount of roses they have to use, thus, lowering the price!

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
I think the florist I got the quote from is the florist you used Flower Den. I went on your recommendation. I guess I will need to try to talk her down, I just went there and chatted and didnt really say anything about price, it is the first and only florist I have been to. I just cant see paying $200 dollars, I would much rather $125 or $150thanks

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
Kimberly, the only explanation I can see you getting such a high price is for the stephanotis. To add 12 stephanotis to my bo-k at the bo-k preservation place cost $36, she will work with you. Go see others if you are not comfortable. Her creativity and her prices for me could not be beat. All the best

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
***luckily I always copy my post before I send it, lol*** Here it is:I have to agree w/Shamma, her creativity & prices cannot be beat. I was quoted $1000 more for my package from another florist, and the centerpeices were not as full. My bouquets cost the same as Shammas from Flower Den. The MOH and BMs are having peach & white roses, and million stars. I am having white casablanca lilies and Peach Asiatic lilies and stephanotis. I didnt ask for a box, I just figure she'll throw in however many complete the look.
I do know that the stephanotis are expensive, how many is in a box?

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
I'm a simple gal....My theme is daisies so my bouquet consists of white roses with yellow daisies, it cost me $75 for mine. My BM's have white dasies with red Gerbera Daisies, they cost me $25 each. My Flowergirls are having a small bouquet of just daisies for $15 each. All from Bethpage Bouquet.

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
Liz one flower is $3 meaning each one, not like 4 on a stem or anything like that...when she told me I was shocked. It is an expensive flower. I do not see one rose costing more than another tho'

Re: Brides Bouquet Cost
I didnt request a box, thats what it says on the quote and I was quoted $2 each for steph, thats what I am using for bout's. I totally liked her and may end up going with her, but I will defintely take out some flowers to decrease the price and see if she can work with me.Thanks ladies I appreciate your help, I probably will try one more florist, just so I have something to compare too, I am just starting to get lazy and dont have the time, ya know.
thanks again
Kimberly
