I'd try it...but honestly I don't think I could follow all of those rules. Its way too much for me!

you dont have to follow the rules.. im just doing this GRADUALLY because i havent be eating clean like i use to since i got engaged....

i cant do it cold turkey at all... please, by wednesday ill gain 4pds.. lol

do what works for you! all of our bodies are different and i am carb sensitive so thats why i limit my carbs...
