We're not. They're a nice touch, but I just don't have the money or energy to do them.

Cheryl Catropa did them. She is a friend of mine, who is branching out into doing graphic design work for brides. She does programs, favor tags, place cards, petal cones, invites, etc. She really did a kickass job on my stuff for me. I wound up not having the patience for it, and she did the programs, favor tags, place cards, and menus for my wedding.

i am doing fan programs for the outdoor ceremony...just doing it to give credit to who's in the BP...since we aren't doing an entrance for them or us really..and to acknowledge FH's sister as the officiant. WIll be another DIY project...bought the wood handles at Walmart already.

Yep. I have a good number of older family who I think are probably only familiar with the traditional church ceremony, so it'll be helpful to them. It's an easy project, if you don't make yourself crazy over it. People will only be looking at them for 20 minutes or so.

I am, it's a layered program with our monogram on the cover, 2nd page is BP list, 3rd is a memorial page, 4th is a TY, the last few are gonna be a layout of the ceremony, so people can follow along. GL.

we are... having an outdoor ceremony so thought it would be a nice touch.. nothing too crazy - paddle fan..

Nope - and no one missed them - it is just one more thing to spend time and money on that will just get thrown out in the end. Unless you are having some kind of special ceremony thing - or something you feel that you have to explain I would skip it. Frees you up for other things that need to get done!

We aren't sure yet if we are doing them yet, we probably will end up doing something ourselves.

I still have mixed feelings LOL I might do them myself if they are easy I have tons of ivory cardstock leftover from when I was doing my STD....so maybe I will use that???

Yep, I'll have somewhere on the order of 150 sheets of cardstock left after I make our invites, so I'm just gonna keep on making stuff.
