Brides taking FH's last name...

I love my soon-to-be last name. My initials are actually going to be the same.

Ugh - I just tried this for the first time - it's hard!!!

I go from an O to an L and two Ls is proving difficult. It looks funny!!

i wish that we all wrote our last names on here... i am dying to know what some of them are and are going to be!!!

i am going from a 2 - word italian last name to a VERY typical jewish last name.

i LOVE it though, becuase it's his. i cant wait to take it!! yeeeaaaaa.. i always use it when i make reservations for dinner, etc!!

me too!!

My name is going to double in letters and from one syllable to 4 syllables. His last name is also very Italian, and I'm not Italian at all . I am probably going to hyphenate my name just because I can't imagine myself without it.

LOL yea i will...but its soo funny hes work email had to be shortened cuz the name was soo long...and everyone is ALWAYS pronouncing it wrong...and everyone i know loves my last name...its going to be so hard to give it up...
so i decided since I dont have a middle name...I will give myself a middle name using my maiden name lol fh says i'm crazy...i said stop laughing our kids are having the same middle name...he said i'm crazy...i said ok if we have girl she'll have it ..not the boy? haven't gotten an answer yet

My middle name is my mom's maiden name. It's nice (and it was before everyone used hyphens... so she wanted us to have both of their last names.... which is also nice, b/c now I will keep my mom's maiden name as part of my new married name!)

Yes I have been trying to write it cause I can't write a script z for the life of me!! LOL

This is just me being paranoid, but I'm always worried about giving out too much info just in case some non-bride stalker/murderer is on here trying to find his next victim. I really think I've watched too many of those Lifetime movies

Paranoid? NOT AT ALL! I think that we all refrain from giving that out because you never know. Unless you actually meet someone off of here, it's different. Then again, how much do you really know a person in the 1st place? They could snap at any time. lol
