Have you found rentals cheaper than $2 per chair? I found two websites that provide the cover w/bow for $2 per chair - varying satin covers w/satin bows, and cotton covers w/cotton bows.

That's a great price. The lowest I've found is $3.00 so far but they are shipped to you have to set the, up yourself. It costs more for a local place to set up/break down. If you are willing to do it yourself (or have someone else do it for you) then $2 is a great price. I'm still trying to decide what I'm going to do. My hall doesn't provide the option of chair covers. Maybe I can talk a family member into helping out.
What websites did you look at if you don't mind me asking? I received a catalog from chaircoversonline.com and they have nice linens.
