Is she difficult to get in touch with? She had emailed me back re: a hair trial and I have now emailed her twice to set the date up and have not heard back. I am itchin to set up the date and time!

I had difficulty reaching her and eventually just gave up. I know tons of other brides who have used here and had no problems.
