I received a call from sound check last night letting me know they have a new band member. I heard him and he is great. So they wanted to know if I wanted to add him to my contract. Now stupid me thought that he would just come with the band, but noooo. If you want him he is an extra $300. Can you believe that - not like we aren't paying enough already!
I am not using them...but that sounds so rediculous!!
Wait, I am so confused. We booked Paris last August. We were told at that time that there was a new band member (a spanish guy) and that if we want him it was an additional $300. We heard him at a showcase and really was impressed. So we went for it...actually now that i think about it, they didn't give us a choice, the girl from soundcheck just said that the band was now 11 people/pieces and the price was another $300. B/C we really loved them, we didn't question it. So they just called you? Was it the same new guy? Just out of curiosity, i hate to be noisey, but how how much did you wind up paying for them? They seem to be one of the priceist bands that we looked at ,but i think they are so worth it. FM me if you want.

I booked Paris for my wedding also and all I know is that I have a 10 person band. I haven't heard of them adding an 11th person!!
when I booked them they had 9 so now it is 10
If you have a contract..is a contract...they can't charge you additional money because they decided to increase their band. Just be careful girls!!!!!!!! JMO!
