Brides who danced/are dancing with their mothers...need song help

What song did you guys dance to? I was going to do a disco song with her, but my mom's feet have been bothering her, so we have to do a slower song.

Any suggestions? What have some of you ladies used?

My mother and I danced to (and sang ) Paradise by the Dashboard Light. Its a song we sang every year on the way to the beach, so it became 'our' song

We are dancing to What a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong since my dad loved that song.

I'm dancing with my mom to 'I turn to you' by Christina Aguilara. It's the perfect wording for what I would want a song to my mom to be about.

In the most recent wedding I went to the the bride danced with her mom to the Golden Girls theme, 'Thank You For Being a Friend'. It was incredibly sweet and fun!

My cousin danced with her mother to 'Because You Loved Me' by Celine Dion. Only negative thing was that the song is like six minutes long and they didn't realize that until they were dancing lol.

'11er crashing!! haha..but My mom & I kind of have a song..but it makes us cry like crazy so I don't know if we'd make it though to dance to but It's called If I Could by Regina Belle

My mom and I have a 'song' so we will be dancing to that. I'll stand by you - either the original by the pretenders or carrie underwood's version - haven't decided that yet.

It's such a beauitful song!
