Brides who have ordered Pocketfolds

If you did so online, please list the website/company and whether or not they include assembly.

I love MyGatsby.com but the site does not offer invitation assembly. I'm getting down the wire, need to have something ordered soon!

Thank you!!

I used a LIW vendoe not from a box, i had to stuff them with the response cared and reception card and tie the bow, it took me about 6 hours but was worth it because they look great mine were $8 each

I don't mind stuffing the cards & putting them in the envelopes, it's the pasting the invitations on to the pocketfold that I don't want to deal with!!

This is where I am getting my invite from. I do not know if they will assemble for you...but wouldn't hurt to ask.

Re: Brides who have ordered Pocketfolds

I just ordered samples from Not from a Box.
They were slightly more money than mygatsby, but they come assembled, so its worth the extra. (exept for putting in the rsvp and other cards).
They don't seem to use the envelopments line, which is what mygatsby uses. They are called little black dress, and they also have a less expensive line. I ordered the sample from them just to make sure they are the same quality as the envelopments. If I am satisfied with the quality, I will order them. Also, Not from a Box will custom make colors for you. There are instruction on how to do this on their website.

Cardsandpockets.com
They don't assemble for you though. So extremely affordable. After all is said and done, with the paper I had to buy and supplies it's costing me about $300 for 175 invites. For me, I just couldn't beat it!
Good Luck. Let us know what you do.

I would highly recommend Pippys Sweet (vendor on here) she pastes them, stuffs them and is half the price.

Re: Brides who have ordered Pocketfolds

i'm posting another endorsement for Paper Presentation in the city--18th St/6th avenue.

i just mailed out my pocketlopes on Saturday

I used glue dots to adhere my invite to the center of the pocketlope--it was super-easy. If you can enlist your brides maids to help out, you can get them done in a couple of hours. And, the glue dots come on a roll, so you literally, roll and stick them down.

i would recommend buying 3 or more rolls of glue dots, b/c then you can have more people sticking the invites to the pocketlope--and it speeds things up alot.

The glue dots are NOT messy at all. I ended up putting a dot on each corner of the invite to ensure they stay put.

I had 120 invites to stuff and stick, and between 2 hours on Friday night to stuff the direction cards in, and make piles for the RSVP cards/envelopes
SAturday, i had my FH and MOH spend 2 more hours with me to get them finished up. Then i spent 45 minutes at the post office, putting the stamps on each invite and doing the hand-canceling stamper myself.

Dont forget--international invites require more postage and a red ink stamp that says 'air mail'

good luck--let us know what you decide to do.

i will try to post pictures later.
