Brides Who Have Used Patken.....

...did you feel that one photographer was enough? Mostly everyone seem to use 2, and Patken has discouraged me from using a second one. I am just concerned that one photographer just can't get all of the shots and 'moments' that two can...please let me know your thoughts and experiences.
