Ugh I hate my hair. It's a pain. It doesn't hold anything, really. And especially now that it's longer (I had to let it grow so we can actually do something with it) it drags down even more!
Any other brides in this predicament? How are you styling your hair? I'm so frustrated with all the pics I've seen. I know I definitely want half up half down...and I like the ideas I have but...I dunno. I still don't see anything I LOVE, ya know?

Hmm maybe I really should look into it. i don't really know if my hairdresser does this though. She doesn't work out of a salon. Are you relying on your hairdresser to get the extensions for you? Is she picking them out and then you buy them?

My hair is very thin and pin straight so I am just doing an updo.

well i chose to get my trial done with someone who does them alot but you can ask your hairdresser bc she may do clip ins or know someone who can get them. i dunno. you may need to see about someone else who does them, unless youre really wanting to stick with your usual stylist.

The lady that did my hair for my engagement party made them. I met with her one night she wanted to match the texture and color of my own hair (she used real human hair which is more expensive then synthetic). The day of my engagement she just clipped them on. I recommend the clip ons more then the ones they swe in.. they hurt wayyy to much! They were soo comfortable I even slept with them on that night and was to lazy to take them off the nxt day and it still looked gorgeous. I think you should go for it! If you do have thing hair and want more volume it makes a difference!

You can definitely try getting a few extensions put in just to add volume.
I used to have very fine, limp hair but once I started taking vitamins and biotin it's gotten fuller. If you sit and talk with your hairdresser, he or she can give you a few options to make it look fuller.

I'm growing it as long as possible, so theres nore to work with. i would like wear it half up half down, but we'll see after the trial. i also may use a clip in hair thing to make it look fuller.

my hairdresser suggested those exact hair color match- hair pieces for the half up/ half down look
the height part is near your veil or head piece ( usually) so no one would even know?
