During this period of rebuilding, our thoughts are with families that have been affected by the storm and its aftermath. If you have found yourself in a position with no venue to host your upcoming wedding or celebration, the NYIT de Seversky Mansion still has some dates available over the next few months. The NYIT Grounds and Facilities department has been working diligently and our grounds are back to normal. We have generated power and in fact are hosting some beautiful weddings this weekend for some very happy families and their guests. Please feel free to call the office for availability or with any questions. We look forward to making yours a truly special event.

I saw this posted on FB *I'm not sure of the validity of it and not much comes up on a google search.

Major TV news program seeking brides who had hurricane issues. Here's the request:

I work for a prime time news magazine show and would like to speak to any brides and/or grooms who had weddings or scheduled weddings affected by the hurricane.
