So I am getting married the day after thanksgiving at Milleridge Cottage... which will be decorated for xmas and looks beautiful. Don't really want to go the red dress route though, unless found a really deep berry? Anyway, the girls weren't crazy about black, which is what I was leaning towards... I was thinking chocolate brown? Is that too fall looking? I know its still technically fall but it will be decorated for xmas? Also my girls are in a range of sizes, so I want everyone to feel comfortable, and having been in some hideous dresses myself through the years, I want to find a dress and color that is flattering for everyone? Any Suggestions????

I am getting married in the beginning of November and I am using Chocolate. Check out my BM Dress it is in my Album. It is in a black color but that is not the color I am using, it is going to be chocolate.

Well if you really want to win them over with a black dress:
it is flattering they can wear it again to a formal event

What about:
an Olive green?
or burgundy

I was in the same situation as a BM, my sister was married the day after Thanksgiving in 07, and everything was decorated for Christmas. We wore this dress, and it was great...neutral enough that it wasn't too fall or too winter.

I definitly think you should go the gold or red or green or silver route. Maybe with just a hint of black somewhere. Keep in mind there are different shades of each so u have options good luck!! let us see what u choose!!!!!!!!!!

im one of those people who dont think colors have to go by season or whatever..i say pick what color u want..if u want brown go with brown..black would look great too and so would the berry..but make sure its what u want..not what is 'supposed' to be
