Anyone care to share the cost of your bridesmaid dresses? I want to do floor length chiffon dresses for the girls (love the Bill Levkoff) but I feel bad asking them to spend $200+...

my girls have floor length Bill Levkoff chiffon lol it's style #769. After tax and everything it came to $243 with an alterations cap of $95. One of my bridesmaids ordered online and got the dress for about $100 cheaper.

I did floor length chiffon dresses from davids bridal because everyone lives all over. With tax, no one spent over 200 since there was a special $20 off coupon from retailmenot.com

I know what you mean. I felt bad asking them too since most are flying in from out of town. I ended finding a great dress for them and it only cost 159 for a floor length chiffon. When I was a part of my FSIL's bridal party, I spent 230 on my dress, BT since the dress came from weddington way, I used a coupon and got it for 216. Try looking at stores that also have online ordering. I find that bridal shops with an online store have some pretty great savings.

I got the dresses for my bm for $134 including tax and shipping. ..they were priced $285 plus tax at demetrios of macys.. My girls bought them at weddingtonway.com and we ordered after six a line by dessy..

go to burton's bridal in melville! They have like every single bill levkoff dress there for the girls to try on, and the prices are like ridiculously cheaper. I'm very very very happy with our purchase through them. My girls ordered all different BL styles and they all picked them up last week. They were beautiful and nobody paid more than $160 with tax and everything. Most of the dresses were around $140-150 which was the cheapest I found for bill levkoff dresses. Definitely go with Burton's!

Mine were $220 I think. I definitely felt bad but I let them all pick the dress together which gave them the option to choose something else or find something less expensive.

Ours are long Alexia designs and after taxes they came out to $194. My maid of honor ordered hers in florida and even though hers is a more expensive dress it cost the same.

My girls got theirs at Bridal Reflections because they receive 10% off since I got my dress there. Theirs is a floor length Belsoie by Jasmine dress. With the discount it was $180 plus tax and alterations. They picked it out knowing the cost. I would have liked them to spend less, but not my problem!

My girls are wearing Bill Levkoff floor-length chiffon dresses. We were able to get them for under $200 at Elena Bridal in Merrick. This doesn't include alterations, which they cap at $80.

I got floor length dresses from David's bridal because my bridesmaids are spread throughout several different states so it made the most sense for us. But I am really happy with my decision. They had a huge selection and depending on the dress many of them were on sale. My bridesmaids spent $160 and my younger sisters (15 and 18) choose a similar style that was a bit more modest, and their dresses were only $50. I wore a Levkoff dress for my sisters wedding 6 years ago and although it was beautiful it was so expensive and it's been sitting in my closet ever since.

Whatever you decide to go with will be great though and I'm sure your maids will be flexible, after all it is your big day :)

Mine were a little over $200. I've never really spent less and none of the girls said they had a problem with it. I did organize everyone to order by a certain date to get a trunk sale price.
