Bridesmaid dress disaster

ok i have 5 bridesmaids and 2 are in CA so i went to Fontana bridal and we got these real pretty Lazaro dresses there and ordered them,
so yesterday my friend in Ca calls to tell me they charged her card more then what they were supposed to and she did not have what they charged in her account so she got charged an overdraft fee, so today I call them to tell them about the mistake and the girl is like omg you are right i forgot to give her the 10% off so i said ok since it was your error can you plase deduct the fee from her balance as it is you mistake and she had the nerve to say no she could not as we were given a discount,last time i checked one had nothing to do with the other, so she was going over the order with me and low and behold they ordered the wrong dress could this get any worse? so she said she would fix the order and call Lazaro and change it but i have my doubts that will happen so now i have to go in there on Sat and on top of it all I got word this morning that my aunt in FL was taken to the hospital and is in ICU and paralysed on the left side, the doctors are doing tests to find out what caused it but think she will be OK. ackkkkkkkk...... what a day

thanks ladies, i just had to vent today i usually just sit back a watch but today i could not hold the frustration in......

I know this is a late response, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any problems with Fontana's Bridal in Scarsdale. I, too, was overcharged on my c/c for my BM's dresses and when it came to getting the reimbursement, it was a disaster. I also worked with their accessories person named Jamie. She sold me a necklace and chandelier earrings, and when I just received it, it was not even the same quality. I tried to return them saying that they were not the same quality and Fontana would not let me. When I asked to see the same pieces that I had previously ordered from their trunk show, she was unable to provide them to me. ???
Just be careful when you are dealing with them. You need to stay on top of them.
