I can't decide whether I love this or hate it. It would obviously be in another color. Anyone ever have this dilemma?

it looks like a dress that u would wear to a wedding that u were just a guest at......maybe not too dressy enough

I like it.
But I don't think that fabric is really flattering. It's the kind that clings in the wrong places, ya know? So if you have 'hippy' girls, it might look unflattering in the midsection....

I like the top (having no top myself) it would be great - but not crazy about the ruffles - I thnk it might make the hips appear bigger than they are....HTH!!

I'm with the majority - the top is pretty but the ruffles don't seem to belong there.
