Alright, Ladies it's that time. I got most of my birdal party together to go bridesmaid shopping this Saturday. I know it is shocking! Anyone have any suggestions on where to go? Do i need appointments? Nassau/Suffolk is fine. Thanks!

if you don't mind travelling to the city, RK bridal is great. they have a TON of dresses. even if you just go there to try stuff on, not necessarily order.

Go early, Saturdays can be really busy. Have a basic idea about what you want, if you have a lot of girls.

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Shopping
i got my BM's dresses at David's in Westbury (Source Mall) because I really didnt want them spending alot of money. However, I wouldnt recommend them if you want exceptional customer service! You could also try Bridal Reflections in Carle Place on Westbury Ave. Both stores are only about 5 minutes from each other so you could hit both stores if you have time. But BR you need to make an appointment.

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Shopping
I went to like 10 stores on my own to narrow it down... I'm bringing my girls to 1 store to try on the few gowns i selected... much easier that way.... if you only have a couple girls than it will be easy to travel to a few stores.... Most places require appointments on the weekends. During the week and nights I think you can walk right in... I did...... I looked at Bridal Reflections in carle Place, Adrienne's in Islip, Wedding Salon in Manhasset, Iman Bridal Couture in Brookville, Macy's Lake Grove, Bridal Suite in Centereach, bridal Suite in Huntington, Burtons in Melville, & PRcilla in Huntington Village. & i do remember that paradise bridal in Patchogue carried a lot of dresses. good luck & have fun!!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Shopping
Bridal Suite had a HUGE selection...i found the dress i liked, got the price they offered, and then ordered from Fantasia Bridal (who are absolutely FABULOUS in friendliness, service, & comfort...& their seamstresses are renound). But my MOH & her sister probably EASILY tried on close to 50 dresses altogether! lol
