I'm getting married october 10th 2009, 2 of my bridesmaids, my sister and my cousin are away at college and wont be able to go dress shopping until they get back in may. im going to make an appointment at davids bridal on may 20th, do you think 5 months is enough time?
It depends on the dress. Also you need to leave time for alterations as well. Since there are Davids Bridal shops all over, why not pick out a few you like and have them try them on where they are. Maybe you can narrow it down that way and then ask David's Bridal if 5 months are enough time for those particular dress.
just be aware that you may not find a dress you like immediately... or things you like will totally not look good on them which makes the process drag on... as soon as i hit the 6 month mark, i started panicing about this... it took about a month for me to find something both me and the girls liked and something that looks good on them...
