Bridesmaid Dresses

Where can I look for nice bridesmaid dresses that don't cost too much money (under $200)? I already went to Davids Bridal, and while they have nice things, I think I wanted something a little different. Thanks

Re: Bridesmaid Dresses

We purchased from Alexandra Boutique in Forest Hills and they had a pretty big selection.

ETA: Maybe RK Bridal in the city?

Re: Bridesmaid Dresses

RK Bridal in the city does price match and they have the no-frills plan that brings the price down more. i've ordered bm dresses for myself twice and i am so glad with the xtra $ saved!

take down the brand & style # and give them a ring.

at Helen's Bridal in Commack...my girls dresses were $174 but they gave everyone $20 off since I got my dress there too.

Re: Bridesmaid Dresses

i think it all depends on what designer you go with.
For example, one of my girls got Barri Jay which was $190, one girl got Alfred Angelo which was $130 and one got Jasmine which was $140.
Check out the more inexpensive designers and see where they sell their dresses
We got most of mine from Lilettes.

If you want to go try on a big selection i would suggest Wedding Center of Commack or RK Bridal...and from there you can go to any store to order them (from what i read, people have had bad experience with alterations in Commack and i dont think RK bridal does BM alterations).
