So I was planning on ordering the bridesmaid dresses from RK bridal within the next few weeks. We have dresses picked out and everything and was just waiting on all the girls mesurments. This is the dress the girls and I picked out : http://www.jasminebridal.com/ugC_Product_Detail.asp?hidP_kind=Bridesmaids&hidP_style=BELSOIE&hidj_line_order=3&hidP_Style_ID=L3056
But now I'm confused...I had always loved the wrap dresses that you can tie a 100 different ways but they are SO expensive so i never even considered it. But now i found a vender on Etsy that sells them for under $100! They look really pretty and it would match so well with the look of the wedding. My MOH thinks that it's really riskey to order a dress without trying it on and then if its poor quality then were stuck with them. I totally agree but this seller has over 500 positive reviews so they can't be that bad.. =/
this is the link: http://www.etsy.com/shop/CoralieBeatrix?section_id=10580763
what do you girls think? should i just stick with my original idea? I need to decide ASAP because were really cutting it close with the bridesmaid dresses at this point

Re: Bridesmaid dresses
I've found every vendor on Etsy to be more than accommodating.....email her and see what her policies are...maybe a sample in your size.....I think you'd absolutely be able to wear the dress to different occasions.

Re: Bridesmaid dresses
Personally I love the Jasmine dress you've selected, and prefer it over the Etsy one. I agree with your BM, its hard selecting a dress w/out trying it on, especially for multiple people. I like those wrap dresses as well, but personally knew I could not select them b/c my BMs and I are not crafty enough to know how to wrap them where they will look good. If you have some crafy girls good at that stuff, then you can order one and see how it looks.

Re: Bridesmaid dresses
Can you get an etsy dress within this next week so your bridesmaids can try it on?
Worse comes to it, you've spent $100 on a dress you or your bridesmaids don't like and you could sell it somewhere again or keep it for another occasion.
If the seller cant get it in this week then I wouldn't risk it. Times short in ordering!
I also have one more person to get her measurements before our bridesmaids dress order can go through and I'm starting to get anxious.
June is around the corner!

Re: Bridesmaid dresses
I am doing the wrap around dress for my BM and I've found a lady on Etsy.com to do it as well, I paid her half the money and will pay her the other half after I receive the finish product, just go with your gut feeling, RK had my dress to but I decided to go with etsy to save the girls some money
