I am so torn about whether I should go with a deep purple dress for my bridesmaids with rich purples and lime green flowers, or deep blue with yellow sunflowers and other accent flowers. I love these two looks but am so torn. I am getting married Sept 3rd 2012 at the Riviera. It's labor day. I would appreciate any help at all! Thanks!
Update : Thanks everyone! It's so nice to have others, I don't even know, get involved and help me out. No one I know is getting married and I hate talking to them about it all the time, cause I don't want to bore them (nor do they seem all that excited, haha). So it's nice to have people help me out and seem somewhat 'happy' for certain colors. Every bride needs someone to be excited for silly things like colors. So really thank you!

It really depends on what you prefer, I'm a purple AND blue person, but, I think the blue and yellow will really pop in the pictures, and will be nice that time of year!! Just my opinion...but either one is pretty!

ITA!! I dont know why I think it would look better, but when I think about I just think wow that would look great!! Do what you want though, both will look good and its your day. Do what will make you happy!

im doing two different shades of purple for my girls (moh will be in more of a silver purple, bms will be in darker purple). i absolutely love the way plain green flowers pop against purple. id go with that.
im doing various shades of purple, blush pink, and subtle green for them.

I love purple and blue so thats a hard one. but i compromised. I am doing cobalt blue with hints of purple and silvers. i love how it looks!! if you dont like this idea.. if i had to choose I think i would do your purple idea. Although blue and yellow is beautiful too i thought about having this but to me it kinda reminded me of graduation lol but thats just me.

Pull up pictures of both color combinations on google images, and you will eventually figure out which one you prefer

I think deep purples look so much more classy in weddings compared to blues. Just my opinion.
