My wedding is May 28, 2006 and I am having trouble finding inexpensive dresses ( up to $200). Dose anyone have any suggestions?

Most of the dresses we looked at (Bill Levkoff & Jordan) were under $200. Where are you looking?

Hi...not sure where you live, but Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point has a nice selection, and they are so sweet there. Once you go there, you probably wont want to go anywhere else, because they are just so patient and helpful. ASk for Marie or Linda. My wedding is May 19,2006 and I just ordered my BM dresses, so it is nice to see I am not the only one a little late with ordering !! It took me a long time to find something I really liked. Good luck with things--I hope this helps!

Check out Renate's bridal in Lindenhurst. They have a HUGE selection & 90% of the dresses there seemed to be under 200.
Also, find a dress you like & contact Phyllis at gownfind.com. She's saving my girls $50. each on their dresses.

i ordered my BM dresses through ellaparkbridal.com. They carry Raylia dresses at a great discount and if you call them and get the rush delivery (not available online anymore) you should get them around the middle of April. I just ordered an extra dress and got the rush and I should get it beginning of April instead of end of May like shows on website.You could also try David's Bridal and buy off the rack...

We bought Jim Hjelm dresses - they were $200 including alterations - the majority of the line is less.

Ann Taylor - 178... If you open up a credit card you say 10%. You can walk away w/ them the same day too. (Madison and 60th in the city)

Shop around and find what you want, and call Phyllis at Gownfind .......... she can usually get dresses for a discounted price. Mine were Jasmine Belsoie and they were way under $200.

david's bridals has bm dresses around $100, also check out gownfind...you can get some nice dresses at really good prices

RK Bridal in the city (or online) has a large selection of bridesmaid dresses for under $200. They also have a few lines (I know Impressions is one of them) that come in 5 weeks.

I wanted black cocktail dresses for my girls. I actually found an awesome dress at Banana Republic. It was 150 bucks...now I saw it on sale yesterday for 17.94!!!!

Me, too... But mine are by Jordan. And since I ordered my wedding dress from them, my girls got 15% off. This is our dress (in 'chianti' - and we're not using the train). They paid $142 each, after the discount, before tax and alterations.

I almost ordered the same BM dresses.....my girls got the 15% discount too...I also ordered my gown from them.....they paid $137 with tax..not with alterations...
Definitely Gownfind! I was going crazy trying to find dresses at a resonable price. I'm going with Bill Levkoff and it was under $150...gorgeous dress!

Hey, I'm also getting married May 28. My dresses were Alfred Angelo, ordered them from Burtons for $118!! Although if you're ordering them you'll probably have to pay to expedite them
