Bridesmaid Dresses - when and where to order (Dessy)

Hi all...I am getting married next year- February 19, 2011...having 8 bridesmaids...picked out Dessy style 2749 (in African violet). Now, a couple of these girls are on a very tight budget- tons of loans to pay off, etc... so I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a reliable place for them to order their dresses from where they could also get a GREAT deal...

Also, how soon should they order their dresses? A few of them are also in the middle of obtaining major weight loss goals (and kicking ***, I might add).

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Can you order them from wherever you ordered your dress? Maybe you can get a discount?

I'd say order them by Augustish latest

I ordered Alfred Sung (part of dessy) from Macys Bridal and went it during memorial day or columbus day or something where everything was on sale and i got 15% off. that might help too!

I ordered my bm dresses from RK Bridal in the city and they came out cheap with the no frills program! i think a good time to order the dresses is like 5-6 months! don't order too early especially if they are planning to lose weight.

I ordered my Dessy dress through the no frills program at RK Bridal! It was 3 years ago, so I forget how long it took to come in, but it was a good price!
