Ok, so I was thinking as part of the gift basket I'm making up for my girls, to get them flip flops to wear at the reception once their feet start hurting. Old Navy has the flat flip flops for $2.50 a pair. And the Wedge ones for $9.50 a pair.
Since the girls are wearing long Black skirts, should I do the Wedge Flip flops so their gown doesn't drag? Are they stable enough to dance in? I don't want anyone tripping.. that's my fear.
Which one?!
ETA I think I might add some swarovski crystals on the straps!
Thanks!

Re: Bridesmaid Flip Flops
I like the wedge ones better... sometimes it's more comfortable with an arch anyway in your shoe. I can't dance in flat flip-flops. They're really cute though. Thinking of doing the same thing for my girls and a tote bag.

The ones are the right are not the most comfortable unless they are broken in

Re: Bridesmaid Flip Flops
I received the wedged ones for a wedding party I was in and they are cute... but i think that the flat ones are better. I may not have been that steady on my feet that day even without the flops

I like wedge flops better...I plan to get a white pair for my wedding! I like the wedges because for me they're more comfortable and they give me a little lift off the ground to stand with my 6'6 FH!!

Re: Bridesmaid Flip Flops
I'm a wedge flip flop girl. Though I don't really need the extra height, I'm 5'8' in my bare feet!

Re: Bridesmaid Flip Flops
I like either one. I'm not sure which one I'm going for yet. However, what I do know is that I won't be giving it to them at the RD. I thought it would be nicer to have them at the RH for them that night.

Re: Bridesmaid Flip Flops
When I was a BM this past Oct, my friend gave all of us a pair of wedge flip flops and they were great because you weren't tripping/stepping all over your dress. And they were completely comfy, just like wearing flats. I'd say go for the wedge!
