Bridesmaid Flip Flops

Ok, so I was thinking as part of the gift basket I'm making up for my girls, to get them flip flops to wear at the reception once their feet start hurting. Old Navy has the flat flip flops for $2.50 a pair.
And the Wedge ones for $9.50 a pair.

Since the girls are wearing long Black skirts, should I do the Wedge Flip flops so their gown doesn't drag?
Are they stable enough to dance in? I don't want anyone tripping.. that's my fear.

Which one?!

ETA I think I might add some swarovski crystals on the straps!

The wedges are great but I have def seen more than one person wipe out and twist their ankle in those!!

I guess it depends on if any of your girls are really klutzy?

I can't wear wedge flip flops. The straps always give me blisters. I like flat ones though.

I dont think you can go wrong with either one. Personally I like the flat ones better

Me too!! I am a big Old Navy flip flop girl and I love the flat ones. Super comfy!

i think after being in heels all day they will appreciate the flatness of the regular ones.

Personally, I like the wedge ones but after reading everyone's experience with the flat vs wedge, I'd choose flat.

i got my girls the wedge flipflop in silver from old navy too and a tote bag and whole bunch of other lil knick knacks...

The wedge ones would be just fine...and they are really comfortable too...

I got my girls the flat old navy flip flops.. I think they will do okay.. At least I hope so!

ETA: the wedge might cause damage if your feet get sweaty and you begin to slip off of them.. I partially speak from experience

I would go with the flat...just because I have slid off the side of the wedge ones a couple of times...maybe i'm just clumsy

Oh no! Now I'm confused! I will go to Old Navy and give em a test run. It's been a while since I've worn their flip flops.

I'm getting a pair in white for myself!
